THE DESIGN The starting point and influence for the kit build was a single sketch by Kow Yokoyama featured on page 86 of the Maschinen Krieger Vol.2 Chronicle book published in 1997 by Dai Nippon Kaiga.
I find the shape to be really enticing, very organic, very powerful. The rounded forms indicate to me a more advanced casting technique than is seen in many of the other suits and suggest a link between the Ma.K. designs and the designs of other imaginary futurist worlds like Ghost In The Shell or Appleseed...
